A typical day looks like this:
7:00 to 7:30am – Breakfast
7:45am to 8:45am – Workshop on stress management ( learn techniques to manage stress when the going gets tough).
9am to 10am – Yoga with a master yoga instructor.
10:30 am to 11:15 am – Tour of the Union Square farmer’s market.
11:30 to 2:00 pm - Cooking class. You will enjoy a 3 course anti-cancer, delicious meal headed by our natural gourmet chef.
3:00pm to 4:00pm – Physical exercise with an expert fitness trainer.
4:30pm to 5:30pm - Course on anti-cancer nutrition - learn how to eat optimal foods on the run, at work and in parties.
5:30pm to 7:00pm - Dinner
